Pickup will take place at your hotel or accommodation in Lisbon between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The exact pickup time will be confirmed the day before the tour via email or WhatsApp.

Our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience while following the published itinerary as closely as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may require changes to the itinerary, schedule, or visits.

Examples of situations beyond our control include:

• Extreme or adverse weather conditions
• Heavy traffic, road closures, or serious road accidents
• Strikes or industrial action by third parties
• Security incidents, including acts of vandalism or terrorism
• Temporary closures or restricted access to monuments and attractions

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully throughout the tour. We reserve the right, at the discretion of our driver-guide, to refuse transportation or terminate the tour for any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may compromise the safety, comfort, or well-being of the driver or other guests.

For the comfort and safety of everyone on board, the following rules apply at all times:

• No smoking in the vehicle
• No drinks in the vehicle
• No food in the vehicle
